Step by step to a new recipe with the dough maker!

  • inspiration
    Our drive is to set our customers apart from the “mainstream”. We advise on all aspects of product development and recipes for bread and biscuits. This is done individually tailored to the technical equipment, the time capacities, as well as the qualitative and quantitative requirements.

  • Recipe criteria
    Believe it or not, the first step in developing a recipe begins at the desk. We ask ourselves a lot of questions beforehand. Of course, the requirements of the customer and the taste orientation of the respective region play a major role. The answers resulting from the question define the individual criteria that are important for the recipe.

  • Recipe development
    Once the recipe has been worked out, the practical work in our customers’ bakery begins. Here, the correct amounts of ingredients are determined, taking into account pieces of cooking and / or pre-dough, and the first dough is produced. This is followed by trial baking and tasting. We will accompany you in any case until you are satisfied with the result.
